Office of Internal Auditing Closed

The New York Times reports that the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has closed the Office of Internal Auditing, an internal watchdog office established in 2020 to monitor the use of national security surveillance under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA).
