Agency Reporting to OPM for Fiscal Year 2024 Taxpayer-Funded Union Time Use

This Office of Personnel Management memorandum concerns the use of official time for union activities. It requires agencies to furnish data on how much official time was spent on union activities, and on the employees themselves who used official time for union activities. With regard to information about specific employees, the memorandum requires that the agency submit the employee's job title, position description, whether they were telework-eligible and how many days they were required to work in-office, and other information.
