Making Foreign Aid Great Again

According to a post authored by Secretary of State Marco Rubio on the official State Department substack: "As of July 1st, USAID will officially cease to implement foreign assistance. Foreign assistance programs that align with administration policies . . . will be administered by the State Department." This announcement marked the official end of the United States Agency of International Development (USAID) and most of its programs.
