EO 14,236: Additional Rescissions of Harmful Executive Orders & Actions

This Executive Order (EO) revoked over a dozen EOs and presidential memoranda issued by President Biden. These included but were not limited to: an EO increasing the minimum wage for federal contractors, an EO promoting LGBTQ+ rights worldwide, a Presidential Determination delegating power to ensure an adequate supply of infant formula, and EO 14,119, which had directed certain agencies to make use of labor-management committees and encouraged the pre-decisional involvement of unions in management decisions affecting collective bargaining units.
