EO 14,151: Ending Radical & Wasteful Government DEI Programs & Preferencing

This Executive Order directs the Attorney General, the Office of Personnel Management, and the Office of Management and Budget to take steps to terminate all diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) and environmental justice offices, programs, and positions. It also directed the elimination of equity action plans and DEI/DEIA performance requirements for employees, contractors, or grantees.
