OPM Cancels FEVS

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) announced in an email to agency Chief Human Capital Officers that the administration has canceled the Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS) for 2025, which collects information from federal employees on workplace climate, leadership, and experiences. Ordinarily, the data collected by the FEVS is used as a management tool, and some data is made publicly available. News media has reported that OPM is revising the survey to remove language introduced during President Biden's administration related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility.
